Our homeowners enjoy privacy in their 204 colonial-style townhomes and community in a suite of neighborhood amenities, including an Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, a dog park, and a Clubhouse. Comfort, class, and convenience are here–and they’re Georgetown!
Georgetown History
Georgetown was incorporated on September 8, 1970, and our townhomes were constructed by Waller Brothers. Townhomes were built in the 1970s, with the most recent additions added in 1996. Residents retained ownership of the association, common areas, and the lagoon sewer system on November 2, 1987. The Clubhouse is partly a replica of the Williamsburg Governor’s Mansion, and the townhomes are reminiscent of the colonial era. Fifty-six townhomes have one or two car garages, and the others have parking conveniently located in front of their townhomes.
Georgetown is a wonderful community to live and play!
